  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis before the final delivery phase.

5. Support & Maintenance

Stack Biz offers 24/7 Global Technical Support. While we strive for 100% uptime for managed systems, we are not liable for outages caused by third-party hosting providers, internet service providers, or hardware failures outside our direct control.

6. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing clear briefs, timely feedback, and necessary access (credentials/data) to ensure project deadlines are met. For Computer Education, students are expected to adhere to the scheduled training sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stack Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
